Consolidated Paving & Concrete is an Ogden, Utah–based contractor that performs asphalt paving, chip seal, site construction, grading, and supporting concrete work throughout northern Utah and adjacent parts of southwestern Wyoming. Operating since 1993, the firm handles jobs ranging from small repairs beginning around $2,000 to major infrastructure contracts, with its largest completed project exceeding $10 million. Crews evaluate existing surface conditions to select the appropriate emulsion and chip size, and the equipment fleet is sized for county road programs, multi-mile corridors, subdivision street networks, large lots, industrial yards, and forest and park access roads.

Related services include site excavation and earthwork, subbase preparation and compaction, drainage installation, and rough and finish grading, including drainage swale shaping and road base blading. Repair work covers potholes, infrared patching, utility cut restoration, edge cracking and alligatored areas, and full-depth patching, with emergency response available. Concrete services — curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and flatwork — are offered mainly as part of paving scopes so that curb, gutter, and asphalt elevations match on grade.
