- New double drum 400 ton per hour plant opened July 8, 2022, with three 300-ton storage silos and an on-site laboratory, according to H&K. Aggregate comes from the Easton Quarry on the same site. H&K says all of its asphalt plants run recycled asphalt pavement (RAP) mix designs.
