Universal Striping

Universal Striping is a line striping and floor marking contractor that has worked nationally since 1998, with more than twenty-five years in the trade. Its main specialty is industrial floor marking inside warehouses and distribution centers, with commercial parking lot striping forming the second half of the business.

Inside a facility, the company lays out and marks forklift traffic lanes, pedestrian walkways and crossings, safety zones, dock door numbering, trailer parking, and areas set aside for staging and storage. Complete warehouse layouts are planned around how a building actually operates, with markings set to OSHA and ADA guidance. Materials range from commercial traffic paint to two-component epoxy formulated for heavy industrial traffic, and industrial floor tape where a temporary or quickly changed layout suits the site better. Removing existing lines is offered as its own service, which matters when a facility is being reconfigured rather than simply refreshed.

Outdoor work covers new parking lot layouts and restriping, curb painting, loading zones, directional arrows, fire lanes, and accessible stalls meeting ADA requirements. The company also stripes truck yards and parking garages, paints helipad markings, applies custom floor graphics, and carries out crack sealing.
