Simply Stripe

Simply Stripe works on commercial parking areas throughout central Florida, Brevard County and Melbourne itself, covering the markings, the sasphalt pavement beneath them and the signage around them.

Striping is the company's central service. Work covers laying out a lot from scratch as well as restriping an existing one, and takes in fire lanes, traffic arrows, crosswalks, curbs, reflective pavement markers and accessible spaces meeting ADA requirements. Accurate setting-out is treated as the priority, with durable materials chosen to hold up under Florida conditions.

Asphalt services sit behind the markings. The company repairs potholes and patches damaged sections, resurfaces worn lots, and paves entirely new parking areas for new-build projects. Drainage is addressed as part of that work, along with smooth transitions between surfaces — the joins that determine whether a lot drives well and drains properly rather than pooling at the edges. Sealcoating and signage are available to finish a project, so a lot can be surfaced, sealed, marked and signed under one contract.

The client base is commercial rather than residential, taking in shopping centres, warehouses, schools, new construction projects, private roads and homeowner associations.

Scheduling is arranged to keep disruption to a working property as low as possible, which matters on a retail or school site where a lot cannot simply be shut for a week.
