Porter W Yett Company (PWY) is a Portland, Oregon–based road and site construction firm that operates through three divisions: an Asphalt Materials Division and a Pulverization & Soil Stabilization Division, both headquartered on NE Cully Boulevard, and a Rotomilling Division based in Spokane Valley, Washington. Work is performed across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana, with the company holding contractor licenses in all four states.

On the construction side, rotomilling and cold planing make up their core services. Crews perform surface planing ahead of overlays, curb reveal milling to maintain correct grades at curbs and gutters, micromilling for smooth final surfaces or bump removal, and full-depth asphalt removal, which produces a clean vertical edge and eliminates saw-cutting while yielding reusable grindings. Full-depth reclamation — also referred to as FDR or CRABS — pulverizes existing asphalt pavement and blends it with the underlying base along with a stabilizing agent such as cement, lime or fly ash, correcting base failures rather than simply resurfacing them. PWY reports an extensive portfolio of FDR and CRABS work across its four-state territory.

Soil stabilization is a related specialty the firm has performed since 1979, using cement, lime, fly ash or bentonite to permanently improve R-values, load-bearing capacity and plasticity for parking and storage lots, paved and gravel roads, building pads and airport taxiways. Work is coordinated with project engineers and geotechnical reports. Equipment inventory includes mills, pulverizers, soil stabilizers, standard and specialty spreaders, grinders and water trucks.

The company traces its origins to 1911, when Porter W. Yett Sr. entered the hauling business and later co-patented an early truck-mounted concrete mixer. The family shifted toward asphalt after World War II, and a fourth generation is now involved in the business. PWY holds memberships with the Asphalt Pavement Association of Oregon, the National Asphalt Pavement Association, the Associated General Contractors Oregon chapter, the Portland Cement Association, NAWIC's Portland chapter and the Northwest Utility Contractors Association.
