Pittore Brothers Paving

Pittore Brothers Paving began in 1985 and is now run by the founding family's second generation. Its main office is at 201 Bypass 28 in Derry, New Hampshire, another office sits on Rockingham Road in Salem, and crews stay within roughly 30 miles of Derry, working in New Hampshire only.

Paving is the core of the business, divided between homeowners' driveways and lots for commercial property owners. Driveway jobs include new installations, resurfacing and repairs, and the company says it regularly replaces gravel driveways with asphalt, doing the excavation and base work itself. Parking lot work is described as handled in-house from grading through the final course, and the company lists industrial paving alongside residential and commercial.

Around the paving, Pittore does sealcoating for both homeowners and commercial properties, drainage and excavation work to correct grading and standing-water problems, line striping for commercial lots, courts and roads, and delivery and spreading of screened loam to finish a site.

Towns on its coverage list include Nashua, Manchester, Hudson, Bedford, Litchfield and Hooksett, along with Windham, Chester, Auburn and Hampstead closer to Derry. Phone lines are split by area, with one number for Derry and Salem and another for Bedford and Hampstead.

The company reports that its work is guaranteed and fully insured, that it carries an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, and that a quoted estimate is meant to match the final bill. Best of the 603, a public vote across the state, placed it first among paving companies in 2026.
