Ace Paving, LLC

Ace Paving, LLC is a paving and excavation company in Derry, New Hampshire, with an office on Rockingham Road, run by four generations of the same family. The company says it began in 1947 and that it is licensed, bonded and insured.

Residential work is mostly asphalt driveways, from excavation and base preparation through correcting drainage and laying the surface. The same crews pave private roads and sidewalks, and offer recycled asphalt millings as a lower-cost surface for driveways, private roads and parking areas. Commercial and industrial customers get new parking lots of any size, along with grading, milling and sidewalk work.

Repair is a second line of business. Ace patches potholes, fills cracks and replaces failed sections of driveways and parking lots, and it lists mall, industrial, school, church, restaurant and small-store lots among the properties it has repaired.

Drainage and excavation round out the services: driveway, parking lot and yard drainage, trenching for drain lines, grading, digging out and hauling away material, and culvert repair or replacement. The company ties that work to paving, noting that faulty drainage is among the most common causes of potholes and cracking.

The service area covers Derry and a long list of southern New Hampshire towns, including Londonderry, Windham, Salem, Hampstead, Manchester, Nashua and Concord, plus Haverhill, Lawrence and Methuen across the Massachusetts line. The site also invites customers to ask about price matching.
