Pav Tech Corporation has installed asphalt since 1976, working along Chicago's North Shore and the surrounding communities from Lake Bluff, Illinois. It covers residential and commercial paving, and counts home builders, general contractors and landscape architects among the trades that bring it work.

Residential work centers on driveway installation, with asphalt repair offered across several methods. Rather than treating patching as one service, the company selects between cold patch, skin patching and remove-and-replace work according to the size and depth of the damage, which keeps the cost of a repair proportionate to the problem. Chip seal is available as an alternative surface finish, and the company also builds sports courts.

Commercial work covers parking lots, milling and resurfacing. The published approach to a failing lot is more technical than most: drainage is treated as the first question, with grades and slopes engineered so water moves off the surface properly, and existing catch basins, concrete curbs and gutters assessed for whether they still function as part of that system. Only then are the surfacing options weighed. Three routes are set out for an owner — milling and resurfacing what is there, rebuilding the existing lot, or installing an entirely new one — with the choice depending on how far failure has reached into the sub-grade or base, and on the budget available.
