Poor work and no follow up on warranty
We had our road and driveway chip sealed in August of last year, and it appears the oil used was not the proper oil for the application. The oil did not adhere to the base, and the chips did not stick to the oil. I followed up with Michael in October, and he promised to take care of the issue. I have since followed up with him many times, with additional promises to perform the promised warranty work, but to no avail. He has since blocked my calls and does not respond to my texts.
