Former Syar Industries Lake Herman operation, now owned by Vulcan Materials. The property contains asphalt, aggregate and recycling operations plus an on-site scale house and materials laboratory. The site's former Vulcan ready-mix operation transferred to CalPortland in June 2026. Current Caltrans approvals include the HMA batch plant and a separate asphalt-rubber blending plant.
