The High Street plant operates a 400-TPH asphalt system with approximately 900 tons of silo storage. The facility can produce RAP and WMA products and accepts asphalt grindings with prior approval and a handling fee. It also uses heated silos and recycled-asphalt production equipment. Plant equipped with blue smoke capture/filtering, low NOx burners, and mist eliminators. LEED-certified producer. Accepts pavement grinding and RAP drop-off (authorized disposal facility per City of Oakland).
