Dantoni operates a modern 400-ton-per-hour hot plant with approximately 500 tons of silo storage. The facility can produce RAP and Warm Mix Asphalt products and also sells cutback and SS-1H tack oil. DeSilva Gates maintains an accredited materials laboratory at the Marysville plant capable of comprehensive HMA testing. DeSilva Gates Drum mixer design allows up to 50% RAP. Plant can switch quickly between different asphalt mixes with minimal adjustments — services multiple projects simultaneously. Co-located with aggregate processing plant (largest aggregate scrubber in industry). Weekend hours available upon request.
